New Delhi: Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University on Thursday signed six major Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with leading organisations working in the fields of accessibility, industry, creative education, culture and social development during the Global Accessibility Awareness Day Celebration 2026 held at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre.

The programme was organised under the theme, “Design. Develop. Deliver: Building an Accessible and Inclusive India,” and brought together policymakers, industry leaders, accessibility experts, academic institutions and social organisations to discuss inclusive and equitable development.

One of the key highlights of the event was the MoU signed between DSEU and Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA). The collaboration aims to strengthen accessible education, inclusive skilling, entrepreneurship development, industry engagement and employment opportunities for Divyangjan youth.

Apart from IDEA, DSEU also signed MoUs with NASSCOM, Indian Institute of Creative Skills, Federation of Indian Industry, Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts and Rotary Club of Delhiites to strengthen industry-academia collaboration, innovation, cultural engagement and social impact initiatives.

The MoU exchange took place in the presence of Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood, DSEU Vice Chancellor Prof. Ashok Nagawat, Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities S. Govindaraj, IDEA Founder and CEO Mallikarjuna Iytha, DSEU Director PR Dr. Pankaj Lathar and Head of Partnerships Dr. Vikram Bansal, among other dignitaries.

University officials said the partnerships reflect DSEU’s continued commitment towards building a future-ready and inclusive ecosystem that ensures equal opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, skilling and employment for all sections of society.

The event also served as a platform for dialogue, collaboration and collective action aimed at creating a more accessible and empowered India.
