Cachar: Minister Kaushik Rai on Tuesday visited Natanpur village in Katigorah to review preparations for the upcoming ‘Vibrant Village Programme’ (VVP), which will be attended by Amit Shah on February 20.

The programme is set to take place in the India–Bangladesh border village under the Katigorah Assembly constituency.
During his visit, Rai inspected the event site and took stock of the arrangements being put in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the Union Home Minister’s programme.
Officials and local organisers briefed the minister on the ongoing preparations. He stressed the need for proper coordination and timely completion of all necessary arrangements so that the event is conducted successfully.
The visit comes as part of the final round of groundwork ahead of Amit Shah’s scheduled participation in the Vibrant Village Programme in the border area.
