Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Pema Khandu is on a 3 day visit to one of the remotest administrative centre in Arunachal Pradesh near Tibet border from 4th January. During his 3-day tour of the Upper Subansiri district, he is also accompanied by Jugal Lokhanwala, the Sabha MP from Gujarat.

A Gonpa (Monastery) for Buddhists is not only a place of worship but also a centre of learning. The Nah (Tagin) people have well maintained and preserved their lone Gonpa at Taksing: Pema Khandu

The team stopped by at Gelepo village on way to Nacho from Taksing on 5th January morning. The village is situated very close to Tibet border. An excellent hospitality by the local Tagin people were offered. The Chief Minister had a brief meeting on development issues with the local public and the panchayat leaders.

The team participated in an exciting volleyball match between CM VI and Nacho Panchayat VI late in the afternoon of January 5h at the picturesque River beach at Nacho.
