Lakhipur: Meritorious Manipuri students from across Assam who excelled in the HSLC Examination 2026 were felicitated at a special ceremony held at the Multipurpose Hall in Lakhipur on Friday.

The programme was organised by the Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Assam, Lakhipur District Committee, in memory of Ng. Gour Chandra Singh and his son Ng. Chandra Dhwaj Singha of Ranipur, Cachar. The event brought together students, guardians, and members of the community to celebrate academic excellence and encourage young achievers.
