Lakhipur: Assam Minister Kaushik Rai on Sunday participated in a discussion meeting with Gaon Panchayat presidents and members of the Anchalik Panchayat in the Lakhipur LAC, ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.

The meeting focused on strengthening grassroots coordination and reviewing local issues. BJP leader Bijendra Prasad Singh and several other party workers and representatives were also present.Addressing the gathering, Rai reaffirmed his commitment to the development and welfare of the people. He called upon all stakeholders to work together in unity for the progress of Lakhipur.

During the meeting, participants held detailed discussions on problems faced at the grassroots level, along with opportunities for development in the region. Rai expressed confidence that with the support and cooperation of the people, the pace of development in Lakhipur would continue in the days ahead.
